Our Story
Once upon a time, in the bustling world of the U.S. Army, I began my career as a second lieutenant with dreams of making a difference and leading my team to victory. Little did I know that this path would eventually lead me to a greater purpose - empowering individuals through coaching and mentoring.

As my journey progressed, I started to notice the immense potential within my team members, yet I also observed that they needed external support to reach their full capabilities. I realized that individuals could thrive when provided with guidance and a safe space to explore their potential without feeling threatened or judged.

Inspired by this observation, I set out on a new venture to create a platform that offered professional coaching and mentoring services.
